Wie wir wissen, braucht unser Körper mindestens 2 bis 3 Liter Wasser pro Tag. Am besten ist gutes Quellwasser, denn dieses ist mineralhältig. Leider ist das Wasser aus unseren Wasserleitungen so gut wie tot.
Steine können helfen unser Wasser wieder mit Mineralien und Spurenelementen zu versorgen.
Wir haben für dich eine Grundausstattung mit Bergkristall, Rosenquarz und Amethyst Trommelsteinen zusammengestellt. Natürlich kannst du auch andere Steine in deinen Wasserkrug geben.
Jeder Edelstein hat eine bestimmte Wirkung, auf die wir hier leider nicht näher eingehen können. Verwende einen Steinesatz nicht länger als sieben Tage. Gönne dann deinen Steinen eine Pause, wasche sie mit kaltem Wasser und lege sie in die Sonne oder an den Mond, damit sie sich wieder erholen können.
