Der Himalaya Salz-Grillstein eignet sich auf dem Grill und auch im Ofen hervorragend zum natürlichen und gesunden Garen von Gemüse, Tofu, Geflügel, Steaks und Fisch & Meeres-früchten aller Art. Du brauchst das Grillgut vor dem Grillen nicht einsalzen, da der Salzstein einen feinen Geschmack vom Himalayasalz abgibt. Je nach Belieben kann zum Beispiel bei Gemüse ein Tropfen Öl verwendet werden, ist aber nicht notwendig. Heize den Salzstein für ca. 30 Minuten bei indirekter Hitze im Backofen oder am Grill auf. Wenn der Stein die gewünschte Temperatur erreicht hat, kannst du mit dem Grillen beginnen.
Ideale Ergebnisse erzielt man, wenn mit geschlossenem Deckel gegrillt wird.
Der Salzstein ist natürlich mehrmals verwendbar und sollte nach dem Grillen schonend gereinigt werden. Am besten wischt du den Stein mit einem feuchten Tuch oder einem Drahtschwamm ab, wobei du mit dem Wasser sehr sparsam umgehen solltest, da sich der Stein sonst schneller abnützt. Danach an der Luft oder im Backofen gut trocknen lassen. Bitte verwende niemals Spülmittel zum Reinigen!
